PLEASE NOTE:

• Rooms will not be reserved without a signed rental form and reservation deposit.
• Balance of the rental fee and damage deposit are due NO LATER than 30 days prior to the event date.
• Additional fees and/or damage deposits may be required for unique events.
• If no damage or additional cleanup is incurred, your damage deposit check will be returned to you within 14 days of your event.
• No outside food or beverage can be brought into the Gillespie Center.
• The Gillespie Center has a list of preferred caterers available upon request from the rental coordinator.
• Coffee/tea service may be purchased from the Gillespie Center for meetings. Prices include coffee, cups, napkins, cream and sugar.

1 - 12 cups	$10.00

24 - 36 cups	$30.00
36 - 55 cups	$42.00
